Sugar-Free Banana Oat Pancakes

Perfect with: Steviola Powder

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Steviola Powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cooking spray or oil for the pan

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly.
  3. Pour batter into small pancakes and cook 1–2 minutes per side.
  4. Serve with fruit or a drizzle of stevia-sweetened yogurt.
