Due to the nature of food-grade products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected:
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
If your order arrived:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a brief description. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
