At Steviola, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with care. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Egypt, including Cairo, Alexandria, and most governorates.
International shipping is not available at this time — but we’re working on it.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

     

  • Orders placed on Fridays or national holidays will be processed the next working day.

     

  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details (where available).

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotions.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping: EGP [Insert Rate] per order
  • Free shipping: on orders over EGP [Insert Threshold]
    Shipping fees (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

If your delivery method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Changes to Orders

If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please reach out within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
